CONDITIONS OF CREDIT FACILITIES
1. Credit facilities will only be granted when a completed application form has been received and a credit check has been carried out.
2. We will make a search with a credit reference agency, who will keep a record of our search and will share this information with other companies. We will also make enquiries about the principal directors with a credit reference agency.
3. Payment terms are strictly by the 15th of the month following the invoice date. Credit facilities will be withdrawn if these terms are not adhered to.
4. Interest will be charged at 3 % per month on accounts not settled within the terms of payment.
5. These conditions may be varied at any time at the discretion of the company.
